Aren't You a Little Old to be an Influencer?
The origin of Run Farther was rooted in connecting with the community of other IBD Warriors after years of isolation with a "me against the world" mentality. When I was homebound after my recent surgery, I found a lot of strength in the communities on Reddit and Instagram seeing how people shared their stories and experiences (both successes and failures). This was my attempt to open up and hopefully payback the community as well as add another voice to the chorus of support.
